I wasn’t sure when I order this as I’ve always bought Aspen Crème I can’t stand any type of icey hot but this stuff is amazing seems to me that it goes deeper into the skin and lasts longer only down fall that makes me give it a 4 instead of a 5 is that it arrived in soft package and the product wasn’t tape down so half of it leaked out and the other down fall is the smell Literally it smells like 99 year old grandma perfume strong strong smell but hey it works and I’ll walk around smelling like a granny to be pain free

Over the yrs. I’ve had a fair share of issues to deal with like shredded tendon attachments, joint inflammation, etc. Of course my absolute go-to is an ice bag, but of course not always practical. Having tried all sorts of pain/discomfort gels I decided to give this a try. Absolutely the best topical solution I’ve ever found and will likely be the only thing I purchase for the intended use. It gives a noticeable, but soothing heat/ice effect right away and actually numbs the pain very nicely. Also, long lasting as in no need for me to apply more than once daily most of the time. The scent is quite nice as well, not overpowering or obnoxious like some types/brands. Not dirt cheap like some options, but a little goes a long way and nice supporting a company that gives a superior product with no shortcuts taken.

I have shoulder issues due to pitching for such a long time, I’m 36 now and not getting any younger but my mind is to stubborn to quit lol I just used this for the first time and it feels pleasant, cold at the moment with a nice tingling sensation. As for the smell I actually enjoy this more than I would with Vicks vapo rub lol to early to tell but high expectations when I start up baseball season again.

I have arthritis in both knees and this stuff really works BUT it has a very strong odor that doesn’t dissipate with time. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the smell. If you don’t mind feeling like the cartoon character Pepe Le Pew (a little skunk) then by all means it’s worth the money.

I’m an av tech/stagehand with fibromyalgia. Doing manual labor and having a pain condition might not sound ideal, but when everything is managed decently and it’s all freelance, it works out. I keep this in my work bag or coat pocket and it’s saved me on many shifts, plus during flare ups. It does last a good 10 hours, the relief is almost instant, it glides on nicely, and the cooling sensation is a great distraction from the pain before it fully absorbs. The roller design is great and the tube is long enough to help reach parts of my back I can’t get otherwise. Occasionally you might want to swipe a paper towel over the top in case some lint from your shirt gets on there. It’s not the worst and you don’t need to do it constantly. It’s only happened once, just a heads up. One clean swipe and the aches chill out enough to keep moving. This thing is my best friend.

This has a little bit of the smell of old Absorbine Jr You can tell it has lidocaine in it cuz it does numb mosquito bites quite well but the applicator ball is absolutely horrible You kind of have to rub some on your hand with the applicator ball and then transfer that to whatever part of the body you’re going to be putting the liniment on. It goes pretty fast maybe because the applicator ball doesn’t work.

I have been dealing with shoulder and back pain for weeks. My shoulders feel like rocks. I rolled this on and immediately felt relief. And still feel relief hours later. This last longer than the traditional icey hot roller as far as pain relief. Other reviews have mentioned an odor and I have not noticed that personally, but I’ve used every possible muscle rub out there for pain. I do not find it offensive. I will be buying this again. I may need to buy one for my work bag. It’s seriously amazing.

I work in a fulfillment center. On my feet & concrete for over 10hrs. Mandatory composite shoes make for achy, tired, throbbing feet! I’ve tried numerous pads, creams & different shoes. I saw this and thought hmmm. Rolled it on my feet after I pulled those shoes off and within a half hour they stopped throbbing!! And in the morning when I take my first steps of the day? Well I usually have to hobble for the first few minutes till I get used to the pain! Not today! I’m thanking my lucky stars I found this!!!

It has topical pain reliever in lidocaine. It has some cooling affect with camphor. And it has phenol, which apparently allows topical meds to reach deeper into the skin. On occasion, I’ll even roll on a touch of menthol over the top for the ultimate in sore muscle and joint relief. And the best part is i use less ibuprofen. I’ll definitely buy more when this roll on is out

I have one arthritic trigger finger from years of graphics work on the computer and construction and art work. This is an easy to apply product, and it does reduce the pain and stiffness in the finger joint, but it certainly doesn’t eliminate it completely. I don’t notice any odor to it.

This stuff is fine, I think it works great, but it didn’t do that much for a pinched nervethat I’d been diagnosed with last week, as I found out the hard way. Most standard OTCpainkillers don’t do much for that type of nerve pain, heat pads might help more, as it happens.And as the ER people told me. However, this did relieve some muscle tension and pain,so it does work. Just don’t use it for nerve pain, go and get evaluated by an orthopedistor ER and then go from there. You will probably need heating packs, and a strongermed.
