5.0 de 5 estrellas This is a miracle product.
I have an elderly dog who is now incontinent. I have tried a million products and they all have very strong perfumes and zero follow through. This product has a fresh, clean lime smell that is not perfumey and my god it actually kills the urine smell. I have a well-worn carpet shampooer that gets used daily. So now I suck up as much urine as I can, then saturate it with this solution. Leave it for a few hours then suck it up or blot it dry. It works! We will replace the carpet when our best pal finally passes, but for now, he’s in comfy retirement and we’re no longer holding our noses. So very pleased. Will be buying again.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Works Great, but No Root Cause Analysis
Root cause analysis on a pet stain and odor laundry product? Who, what, why? Well, it all started when a precious, sweet little cat decided to pee on some clothes. My wife decided we need this product and I quickly had it en route courtesy of Amazon. She laundered the clothes with Biokleen pet stain remover and it worked perfectly. The odor was gone, just like Forrest in the field.Unfortunately for me, it worked so well that my sweet, precious little cat decided to pee on some more clothes. That continued the cycle. I couldn’t keep up with the orders for more Biokleen. It kept working so well that I had to order more.I got smart, at least I thought I did. I figured out that I could order two one gallon jugs of Biokleen at the same time and get a discounted price. I was all over that, until I received the email notification that my two jugs didn’t survive the trip to my house. Undaunted, I ordered two more, with the discount! As my luck would have it, they too perished mid-flight to my house. I wondered who got the call to clean up on isle two in the Amazon Prime truck.Anyway, my wife said we needed more so I ordered another single gallon, since it was an emergency. That lonely one gallon jug of Biokleen survived the journey to my house only to be used up in record time. When my wife came to me asking for more Biokleen, I was ready. No more Biokleen, find the root cause of the problem and solve that. That sweet little cat was peeing on clothes for a reason. It just so happens that the designated pooper scooper (who shall remain nameless and held harmless) was failing to perform their duties. I suggested to that youngster that just as they would not prefer to use a toilet seat that was not clean, little miss kitty cat does not prefer to use an unclean litter box.Voila! Root cause analysis performed and problem solved! We still keep Biokleen on hand just in case since accidents happen and since it is the best pet stain and odor removed we have found.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Love This Product! Order it Often!
This is an excellent product. It really helps to eliminate odors, especially when used in the laundry. I have ordered it several times and will again. Wish it was a little less expensive but it’s better than other products I used that cost more. I have cats and dogs so it really helps.

5.0 de 5 estrellas “No ****ing way”
Those were the first words out of my mouth as soon as I smelled my carpet. My dogs had gone on the area in the years passed and I shampooed every time but it never seemed to really go away. Then after my dog passed, my car started going there and literally for the last 6 months I have been waking up to cat pee and poop often. Now that I’m moving, the cats going in the area almost everyday no matter how much I shampoo, had it professionally shampooed, cleaned the litter box, spent a fortune on a robot litter box, etc. i tried everything to get rid of the smell, urine remover, miracle clean, woolite, you name it. I am at my wits end, so i sprayed this bad boy all over there until the bottle was gone and let it sit for 5-10 min. I went over it with the shampooer to get the area all wet and spread around and let it sit again until I went through the rest of it. Then started over and sucked it all up till I couldn’t see anymore liquid. Then I did my spiderman plank over the area so I and my hair didn’t get wet…and …no way….no ****ing way. I smell nothing but clean. So….I’m gonna by myself a gallon now and hopefully I don’t have to use it anymore. Time will tell if the cat still smells it and how it smells when it dries but it already smells gone. Insane…I usually don’t write reviews but….there’s no ****ing way I couldnt.

Stinks like really bad once it’s on spot. Very strong smell. My dogs think my living room is their personal toilet. I strongly suggest wearing a mask and gloves. Pour a lot on bigger stains. It takes 24 to 48 hrs for smell to go away. Basically the longer that pee has been there the worse it will be. The enzymes

5.0 de 5 estrellas Great for sweaty workout clothes and dog leashes
I use this on the rugs that get damp from people’s shoes. I also use it in a small spray bottle which I keep near our hamper and spray ALL the sweaty clothes and undergarments from exercising. It really helps to keep these clothing items clean smelling once washed. Without the pre wash spray I find they often still have an unpleasant scent even after laundering. I usually spray and drape over the side of hamper and usually wash a few days later. I also spray the inside of sneakers and the removable insoles of hiking boots. I also use it on our dog’s harnesses, leash and collars after our morning walk. My dog’s harness, leash and collar become totally soaked everyday during our morning walks. This has necessitated having two sets of everything so I can spray the wet and ” dirty” set and leaving to dry in front of a fan. While using the other set. I find if I spray them lightly daily before drying, I can get away with having to thoroughly hand washing them only once every three weeks or so depending on how yucky they get. I find that I seem to get the best results from this particular product ,after having tried just about everything out there. Just be aware that it does not seem to do much good if someone has unfortunately previously used an antibacterial type cleaner on a rug before trying this product. It appears that perhaps the antibacterial product might keep the active enzymes in this product from doing their job. So I suggest always trying this type of product the first ,second and if necessary a third time before using any type of antibacterial type cleaner. Then you should hopefully get good results.

5.0 de 5 estrellas NYC Cleaning Co APPROVED!
Let me cut to the chase: This product is amazing.I am a Mom, I own a cleaning service, we have pets, and we have fostered pets. I’ve seen a lot of interesting smell issues over time. From potty training little people and little pups, to incontinent dogs, hoarder houses, incontinent elderly people, floors that were saturated over long periods of time, sofas completely saturated inside and out. For a long time I struggled to find a system that worked for me, my family, and my ever-changing clients. Carpet/Upholstery cleaners (even commercial grade), spot cleaners, pet-store recommended products, vinegar and baking soda, borax — nothing really worked. Lots of labor and lots of time, plenty of money on products, and things would always be ‘as good as we could expect’. This product: Nature’s Miracle Urine Destroyer Formula Stain & Residue Eliminator, 32-Ounce Pour Bottle (P-5727) had become my go to choice. It wasn’t perfect, but pretty darn good. Very expensive for the amount you needed to use, though. And I was never comfortable using that much product on upholstery or flooring. Finally a friend came to stay with us with her two small children (one potty training), husband, and incontinent elderly dog. She had worked with animals most of her life, and said she was ordering a product off of Amazon to fix the little accidents that had come with her stay. I was skeptical to say the least. Our first trial was a large puddle that had been let to sit on unfinished wood stairs that’d just been installed. NO staining, no need to use enough product to cause warping, nothing. We used a spray bottle to disperse a few times a day over about 3 days. No smell — even after the heat of summer came and the humidity rose — nothing. Outside, I sprayed the product around areas of wood that the dog had favored. That lingering smelly corner you avoid during BBQs? Gone. Next up, a client test: A sofa that had been urinated on by both human and animal, and had been used as a ferret hide-away (read: dear god, this smells awful). I was pretty sure it was a goner. We removed the bottom dust liner, sprayed inside, sprayed all outer surfaces and waited. Immediate difference — but we followed the stair protocol, spray several times a day for a few days. Miraculous. The couch has still stayed fresh and scent free over a year later. We’ve had plenty of successes, and this product has become my go-to for any smell, anywhere!

5.0 de 5 estrellas Just takes one time to work!
Im potty training in an apartment and as you can imagine it just takes one missed mess to send the whole household on edge. I went so far as to buy a blacklight to find accidents when I suspected one and couldn’t find it. Location was helpful but treating the problem was another set of issues. Some products fought stains more than odors and other rid odors after multiple treatments but not stains and always seemed to leave a lingering scent that would return after the shampoo dried and carpet was washed again. I have two small children that will walk barefoot through lava to get to their toys I love that this product isn’t full of harsh chemicals and compared to the other products has been easy to breathe and no irritation on anyone’s skin or lungs or eyes. I’ve seriously ordered multiple bottles the first week I discovered it not because I needed to use it excessively but because it actually worked! One run and done. I was considering professional carpet cleaning before I tried this because I just couldn’t get on top it even after starting crate training the damage had been done and I thought the most expensive products or highest reviews would guarantee results but please believe this single mother who has no time to shampoo carpet constantly on top of everything else I have to do. Buy this. Stop comparing reviews. This is the one. You’re welcome.

5.0 de 5 estrellas The only product for cat urine
Our cat started peeing on blankets and soft furniture. I’ve tried everything from vinegar solutions, pet cleaning sprays, bleach, peroxide etc. This is the only product that actually works. We also appreciate the natural lime scent rather than a harsh chemical smell. And we no longer feel the need to rehome our devil baby.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Works better than most other brands!
I have a “Chiweenie” that has been the most difficult dog I’ve ever had to house train! He’s now over 2 years old. He still has issues with peeing on the landing carpet. This pet stain remover works better than most other, more expensive, brands that I’ve tried. It leaves a pleasant scent after thoroughly cleaning the carpet. We finally felt confident and have replaced the carpet with an expensive, pet-proof carpet and padding. We’ve had a couple of issues (accidents), however, between the pet-proof carpet and this cleaner, there are no prolonged odors or stains left behind! When I look at the carpet with an ultraviolet light, the stains are completely undetectable! No residue! That’s wonderful!

5.0 de 5 estrellas For Cat Urine
This stuff is FANTASTIC!!! I followed the instructions & sprayed the floor where there was cat urine, left it on for over 5 mins. Maybe like 20 mins & when I wiped it up, the cat urine smell was GONE!! On the first try!! I didn’t even have to reapply. I’m so impressed with this product. This will last forever. It’s a bargain for how little you actually need for it to do the job. And I like the scent, it’s not too strong.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Biokleen Bac-Out Pet Stain Remover – Spray & Gallon Refill – Enzymatic
This is a product I really wasn’t expecting much as most of the products on the market that claim to get out stains and odor really DON’T WORK! I did a little experimenting and if you have used a carpet cleaner, you have to clean your carpet with really hot water to get the cleaner out of your carpet…believe it or not, the carpet cleaner that is at your supermarket just builds up and makes it worse. Of course they won’t tell you that! I have bought several carpet cleaners for home use over the years and yes there are some better than others so get a good rated one and be patient…cleaning a carpet is hard work…had a carpet my 4 legged children had soiled and this product cleaned it with lots of elbow grease, i mean a carpet cleaner. 8×10 carpet took 8 hrs to clean but saved a $700.00 rug. I can’t give you my formula but a hint is club soda. Don’t get rid of your best friends, clean the carpet and train them with pads or put up gates.

The best pet cleaner for home. Read the instructions though for sure, the effectiveness is drastically increased after you let the product sit for a few minutes before wiping it up. The lavender lime scent is also divine. I’ll never buy another pet cleaner after this one.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Great for dog urine & general cleaning
I use this for cleaning all sorts of things around the house, such as counters, floors, the microwave, surfaces of appliances, and walls. It’s an excellent, affordable product. I find it’s especially effective for pet urine when I follow the directions on the container. When my new dog had a couple of accidents on the carpet, I first used my carpet cleaner to suck up as much of the urine as possible. From there, I followed the directions on the bottle.Note: If you forget to blot up the product, you’ll end up with dark stains on your carpet. I learned the hard way. I had to then apply it plain warm water to the stain and run my carpet cleaner over it repeatedly to extract the stain from the carpet.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Enzyme magic works like a champ to get out smells and stains
I used to buy this in a bulk concentrated form at a local grocery store. I’m not sure if this is the exact same product as I used to add water to the other one in a spray container following the instructions. This bottle didn’t say to do that so maybe the water is already added. I have been wanting to have this product again for a long time when the last of it ran out and it stopped being sold in bulk locally.I decided to buy this in the large gallon size as this stuff really is that good. I primarily use it to get nasty odors out of clothing by adding it to the wash, pre-soaking in a tub or added to a spray bottle and saturating clothing before throwing in the washing machine. I have to do this for clothing that I buy at thrift stores because the scented detergents that other folks use is too much for me and sometimes does not wash out with just detergent. I have also used this to remove resin from my clothing in the past working heavily with c@nnabis and h3mp plants in farming (not sure if this will get my review removed). It is very hard to remove from clothing but the enzymes in this stuff eats it away. I would spray on the clothing before throwing in the machine and let it sit for awhile in the laundry basket. I also like to use vinegar in the washing machines for smell removal as well. It has been awhile since I have used it for stain removing but I remember it working very well on clothing and carpets. It’s those enzymes. You may need to give it time to sit and do its magic.

5.0 de 5 estrellas This is awesome
It has a pleasant smell itself and completely gets rid of pet urine accident spots. Removed the stain and smell perfectly. I would blot the spot to remove excess urine and then spray the spot and just a little bit around it, then step on the area so it gets into the carpet pad and let it dry. No stain, no smell, now I just wait for my regular carpet cleaning schedule.

4.0 de 5 estrellas Best for blood
I cut my feet frequently so I get blood on my sheets and blankets at times. I was recommended this by a friend. It works great the sooner you use it. You have to soak scrub and let stand for stains that haven’t been washed but have completely dried. I am giving 4 stars because the old stains that have been washed often didn’t make a difference.I like the smell it’s very light and doesn’t clash w other linen sprays or detergents.Worked well on a mattress stain and it didn’t come back nor did one on carpet. This is the best stain remover I have found so far

5.0 de 5 estrellas Perfect pet clean up!
Love this stuff! Great value, excellent cleaning power, and most importantly (in my opinion) it doesn’t have an awful floral or citrus scent. Having used several other pet stain and odor removers, too many of them have such a strong scent. It’s usually not a bad scent, but when you use it over and over, you come to associate it with cleaning up pet odors. Then your whole house smells like you just cleaned up cat vomit. Not this! I have 7 cats and I swear by it.

5.0 de 5 estrellas we use for our cloth diapers!
this stuff is great. i use it with every wash for our cloth diapers and it helps get stuff clean. about 1/4-1/2 cup depending on how much water is in the wash. from what i’ve found through my research, it’s safe too, as long as it gets rinsed out well. 10/10 recommend. it also doesn’t leave a fragrance on clothing, which i was worried about since some were saying it was scented. it does have a citrus/lime scent but it isn’t one of those toxic, imbedding scents. we are a non toxic & scent free home, so this stuff works! i also use their biokleen free & clear unscented laundry powder for our laundry soap, i did a lot of research and trial and error to figure out which combo worked best for cloth diapers and this is it!

5.0 de 5 estrellas I Have Cats And I Can’t Live Without It!
I tried vinegar, rug cleaners, and various assorted things on cat vomit which can stain almost as though it’s tumeric paste (which is the worst stain ever). Results varied from a stiff spot to making it worse by spreading out beyond where it originally was. Luckily, cats don’t usually have accidents so I usually use this on vomit but once a sick cat did have diarrhea and it cleaned right up. I live in an old house with a lot of rugs and the results have a lot to do with what your rug is made of. My wool rugs clean up like new. As a matter of fact, I spray it and let it sit, sometimes coming back to forget where it was. I have an inexpensive white poly throw rug and the stain shows, but it’s not immediately noticeable. It has a heavenly clean and natural smell and it’s not harsh on hands. I gave a sample to my daughter who has a dog, and she swears by it.

5.0 de 5 estrellas really nice scent and works well for pet and other organic stains
I have cats, so hairballs and occasional messes are a thing. I’m highly sensitive to smells and this stuff is a joy to use with it’s light lime scent. And the scent goes away after it dries. I absolutely hate the smell of other pet mess cleaners, some of them actually cause an asthma reaction, so I was thrilled to find Biokleen. It works for human stains too, just rinse after treatment and before washing if you have a finicky HE machine like mine.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Hard working multipurpose cleaning solution for family with pets
This cleaner is incredible. I got the gallon jug and fill a spray bottle with it to make it easier for everyday handling. A little bit goes a long way. I was hesitant to buy so much but you really don’t need much to get the job done. I’m not crazy about the smell but it’s not too artificial or overpowering. It’s very subtle and does smell like fresh lime. In most cases it smells way better than whatever I’m cleaning up anyway.I originally got it to clean up accidents in the litterbox room after reading great reviews for that purpose. We have three cats, so we run into lots of hairballs, spit up, and urine accidents. It killed the awful cat pee smell (if you’ve been in a house with cats you are probably unfortunately familiar with that awful ammonia stench) and vomit smells.I have also used it as a diluted mopping solution on my wooden floors to get rid of the built up pet smells. I regularly mop with other solutions like Mr. Clean and Method but they only feel like they get the surface clean and there’s always a residual faint pet odor. It’s not the best product for finishing your floors because it leaves streaks, but it does get the extra stank out and plus it is not meant to be a mopping solution anyway.Sometimes I will mist it across my fabric sofa to freshen it up and there are no issues with that, but I’m sure it varies between sofa materials. Our sofa is very light beige, almost white, so sometimes we get food or pet stains. I wet a paper towel with this cleaner and totally saturate the spot. I will let it sit for about 30 minutes and then go over it with a handheld carpet and upholstery cleaner. It does a great job taking fresh stains out and will make a good dent in set-in stains. Much better than the upholstery cleaner alone! We also have a busy toddler. I was inspired to write this review because of today’s accident. His sippy cup full of whole milk had a leak in it and it flooded the floor of his playpen. I caught it while it was wet and scrubbed it with dish detergent and then rinsed with upholstery cleaner. I thought it was good to go and let it air dry. Once it was finished drying though it had this awful rotten milk smell. I figured I may as well try the Biokleen because I had no other options. I just misted it on and in 30 minutes the smell was totally gone!!Overall, I’m extremely surprised and pleased with the quality of this product. I have used it on a variety of surfaces and fabrics (sealed hardwood, carpet, polyester, luxury vinyl, ceramic tile) with no issues. It is incredibly versatile and I’m going to keep looking for ways to utilize this more, perhaps on food stained clothing or to remove stubborn laundry odors.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Works great!
I love how this eats up any organic stain and smells are GONE! I also love that it doesn’t get sudsy so it doesn’t need rinsing and it doesn’t attract dirt after the spot is cleaned. I’ve been using it on carpet since my new house has it and my dog likes to pee on it. I have a black light to find the spots he has peed and they do not totally disappear under black light even using my Little Green Machine so I suspect the dog can still smell it but I can 100% say people can not smell a thing. It’s a little pricy to me but worth not having my house smell like a dog bathroom.

4.0 de 5 estrellas Works well, but…
Note: you need to wet the area and leave it sit so it can work its magic. I didn’t read the directions right away and soaked it up right away the first few times. It still works, but I imagine it’s just not as effective. This works REALLY well to break down pet urine and take away any smell. However, you’ll need a regular cheap spot cleaner for after the fact. Give it a few weeks and dirt starts to collect in the spots where you’ve used it. It’s like there’s propylene glycol in it or something. It leaves an invisible residue that eventually starts to collect dirt. I used it on the kitchen floor once and it does stay “wet” until you wipe it up. If I’d known this before I bought it, I’d STILL make the same purchase. It works that well! We got the large bottle when we got our puppy. She’s 6 months old and we still have 1/3 of the bottle left (and we’re very generous with the amounts we use), so for puppy use it’s the perfect amount. Every once in awhile she still has the occasional accident (or is stubborn when it’s raining and won’t tell us when she has to go out), so I’m happy we still have some left. I’d still highly recommend, even with the caveat.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Don’t give up yet!
We were ready to throw in the towel, so to speak, and have our carpet ripped out and replaced. Over the years we tried every carpet cleaner and magic solution to rid the nasty, gag worthy smell of dog urine. I realized we needed a way to get down into the padding and flooring underneath the carpet to get to the root of the problem. After looking into kitchen supplies for basters that inject marinades into meat all the way to automotive supplies, I finally stumbled upon an 8 oz plastic bottle with a syringe attached, which I found on Amazon. The bottle is part of an upholstery kit labelled “SCOE 10X, The Odor Eliminator”, which costs between $12-$13. Yes, all you get is a kinda pricey empty plastic bottle with a syringe, but in the end it was worth every penny to us. I need to caution you to respect that needle on the top of the bottle b/c it’s very, very sharp. It needs to be to get down into and through the carpet backing and onto the sub-floor. In our case we were dealing with a cement floor covered with wall-to-wall carpet. I have no idea if Biokleen Enzyme will damage hardwood floors, so I would test some solution first in an inconspicuous area. Here are the steps we took to get rid of the smell of old dog urine: It’s helpful to use a black light to see how large of an area you’re dealing with in the beginning of this urine smell process, ugh. If you have large areas, I found it’s best to work in small section’s at a time making sure to vacuum the carpet first. Pour some Bio Kleen enzyme into a garden mister and spray over the surface of the carpet until it’s damp, then cover with a clean, dry towel. Weigh down towel with heavy books (wrap in foil or plastic bags if you don’t want them damaged), garden paver’s, etc. Wait approx. 24 hours, then remove the towel. You’ll be surprised when you see exactly how much urine was absorbed into the towel after 24 hours! I soaked the soiled towel’s in our wash tub with bleach and water, then rinse and hang to dry or throw in the clothes dryer. The next step is to inject the Bio Kleen into the pee spots using the SCOE 10X syringe bottle. Because you don’t want to dull down the sharp tip of the syringe too quickly, I’ve found it’s best to inject the carpet on an angle instead of straight up and down. Inject the solution around each stain down to the floor while squeezing the bottle into the padding. The scent of Bio Kleen isn’t strong or offensive, l only detected a slight smell of lime. Be sure to look for an expiration date on the bottle because this solution is a “live enzyme”. I realize this can be a time consuming process when dealing with urine odors, but it depends on whether or not it’s worth saving your carpet. Even during the humid days of summer we no longer detect any foul urine smell, which is amazing compared to what we started out with. I keep a spray bottle filled with Biokleen along with the syringe bottle to handle any pee accident’s that are still inevitable with our dog. I have not used this product on cat urine, but I have no reason to believe the same steps wouldn’t work as well. I sincerely hope this process can help someone out, because this enzyme sure helped with our stinky situation!

5.0 de 5 estrellas The gift that kept on giving (and tips!)
We had an unfortunate incident while out of town— our pet sitter used the bathroom in our basement bedroom and didn’t close the door to the bedroom all the way. Three of my dogs went into the one room in the house with carpet to lay down and the fourth (and arguably dumbest, bless his heart) closed the door trying to get in with them. Pet sitter went on about her day (my dogs are pretty self sufficient with dog door, automatic feeder and infinite water supply) and fell asleep at her boyfriends blah blah blah long story short we’ll never be calling her again and my dogs were trapped in the basement for god knows how long. A golden retriever, a German shepherd and a Great Dane all with full bellies and a toilet that runs and runs and I’ll let you guess what we returned home to. Thankfully their digestive tracts went easy on us but you may recall me mentioning a toilet that runs…. I don’t know how many gallons of piss were produced but I can tell you I don’t wanna talk about it ever again after this review (and won’t have to thanks to the product in question!)First step was to get rid of the excess urine. Enter: carpet cleaning machine that will never look at me the same way again. Sucked up what I could and then misted some of the dried areas with plain water to get it to suck up again.I suggest for this next part you source some inexpensive white bath towels. I went to the local Wally World and picked up $60 of their $2.97 white towels for this job. Once you get the stickers off of them, toss them in the washer on just a rinse/spin cycle. Take the damp towels and throw them on the carpet and walk all over. For large areas, get creative but the intent here is to weigh down the towels so that they wick up whatever moisture is in the carpet. When the towels are yellow, you have soaked up the majority of the pee. Take those towels and throw them in the wash and wash with hot water and a little detergent— NO BLEACH (not yet). If the towels are absolutely atrocious you can bleach them but they must and I mean MUST be washed again with just plain water after. Bleach is not your friend here.Get a pump sprayer, and start spraying your spots. Soak them. I mean saturate the heck out of them. If you can’t get into the padding, grab one of those turkey injectors and go to town. I have a carpet brush that is for removing dog hair. It’s a silicon bristle on one end and a squeegee on the other. Spread it around, work it in. Now go get those freshly washed damp towels and cover every inch of treated area. Now wait. If the towels dry out, get some water in your sprayer and mist the top. Now wait some more. If it’s wet, the enzymes are doing their thing. If the towels get gross, rinse and repeat. Once the smell is gone, wash those towels real good and then cover again, this time applying pressure to suck up the rest of the cleaner. You can also do a hot water rinse with your carpet machine and cover with towels if it’s real bad.Now for the final and arguably most important step if you ever want your carpet to feel soft again. If you have ever used carpet cleaners, they are incredibly basic. As in the alkalinity of the cleaner is what gives it the ability to lift stains from the carpet. You know how bleach is extra slippery compared to water? Now you understand why your dried carpet feels crunchy and slippery. How do you neutralize it? Well the simple solution is a 50/50 mix of hot water and cleaning vinegar in your carpet machine. The acid will neutralize the cleaner and allow it to be sucked up from the carpet. The only downside to this is that the lime essence that this product will provide will now smell like a pickle factory, but don’t worry. The pickle smell will go away and you’ll have nice soft carpet. Oh, after the vinegar rinse…. Those towels you just cleaned get one more use. Let them soak up as much as that vinegar bath as possible. If you have older carpets it’s possible you’ll get what’s called browning— look for a product called a “Brown Out” on Amazon and that should help.Godspeed!

5.0 de 5 estrellas Cat urine BEWARE!
I purchased this for the express purpose of removing cat urine stain/odor from a VERY expensive leather jacket. The process had multiple steps and required serious committment, BUT it WORKED. So I am praising this product and posting the multi-step process here – in case anyone else has a naughty kitty! Follow ALL the steps – I did and the jacket came out looking and smelling brand new!Basically, the sooner you attack this stinky problem, the higher the likelihood the condition, odor, and texture of the leather won’t be permanently damaged.Items You’ll Need to Eliminate the Smell Enzyme Odor Removal Solution Specifically Engineered for Pet Odors (Biokleen Bac-Out!!!) 2 Kitchen Towels (I used cloth baby diapers – new ones) Tupperware Box w/ Lid (The jacket was large so I used a huge zippered bag that a comforter came in) Borax Gallon Sized Ziplock Back (Or Trash Bag for Larger Items) 2-3 Pieces of Activated Charcoal Saddle Soap Tea Tree Oil (I did not need this part, the odor was gone)9 Easy Steps for Removing Cat Urine Smells from Leather (As originally written by Sarah B. on the petluvr website) Moisten a kitchen towel with enzyme odor remove and absorb as much of the cat pee as possible. This eradicates the microbes that causing unpleasant smell. Saturate the affected area with the enzyme cleanser. If you’re using a spray bottle, you might want to take the top off and pour it directly onto the place of the pet’s accident. Saturate another towel with more of your favorite cat urine odor removal product. Place the towel on top of the area and let it sit for 3 hours. If you’re able, place another towel (or wrap part of the other towel) underneath the leather so your getting both sides of the leather. Find a large Tupperware box that’s large enough to place the item in. Pour borax into the box until the borax is 1 inch deep. Place the smelly item into the box and pour additional borax on it so that it’s completely covered. If your try to remove feline or dog urine from a large a couch, car interior, or something else that’s very large, just pour the borax directly on area where the pet peed. Fill one cup of activated charcoal and place it inside a plastic bag (ideally a Ziploc or other airtight bag). After it has soaked in the borax box for 24 hours, place the soiled leather item into the Ziploc along with the charcoal. Now you’ll place the plastic bag back into the box with borax. (So, you’ve got the soiled item inside the plastic bag, and the plastic bag inside the box.) Seal the box with as close to an airtight lid as possible. Let the item sit in the sealed box for 3-5 days. (Allow for a longer time if the urine was initially untreated for longer than a 24 hours.) When you remove the leather item (purse, cushion, jacket, etc.), the cat urine smell should be completely removed. Let the leather naturally air dry to prevent damage or water stains. After it’s dry, use clean the leather with a very generous amount of saddle soap. This will ensure you retain the natural condition of the leather and give the leather a natural scent too. If the leather seems to be dry, you can also try gently massaging a soft cloth that has a few drops tea tree oil on it. **I did not try the tea tree oil – didn’t need it) The pungent urine aroma is still there, repeat steps 1-8. Only do this two more times to prevent damaging the leather.Pointers and Warnings Always test a small amount of cleaning products on a small, hidden piece of leather to make sure it doesn’t harm the texture, condition, or color of the leather. To maintain and restore the softness of the leather, try applying very light, unscented baby oil. Do not use ammonia or alcohol-based solutions. Ammonia will only make the smell worse. Alcohol will dry out the leather. (Be careful. Nature’s Miracle Pet Odor Remover contains alcohol.) Avoid cleaning the leather frequently. It can cause the material to crack. Clean it only when its stained or develops strong smell of pet urine. Cat urine is much more concentrated than dog urine. Try to clean cat accidents as soon as possible. If your pet urinated on a leather couch, be sure to check the carpet next to or below it. Getting rid of pet urine odors from a carpet requires different steps.By following the steps outlined above, you should be able to treat, clean, and eliminate pet urine that’s come in contact with most leather items. GOOD LUCK!

5.0 de 5 estrellas The Best fabric stain remover for upholstery and rugs
I love that this product is natural and uses an enzyme to clean stains from upholstery. I have used this product for a few years now and I am still pleased every time I use it. I have not had any stain that I have not been able to take out of our pale beige sofa. There has been red wine, food stains from the kids, the dog, grease stains, etc. I am so happy I found this product or this sofa wouldn’t have lasted a week in our house esp with such a light color. I was regretting the purchase of our sofa until I found Biokleen Bac-Out. Great product! Highly recommended!

5.0 de 5 estrellas It Frickin’ Works!
I have an unfixed male mini poodle who is a little pisser. I’ve tried at least TEN different enzymatic cleaning solutions and none of them have done a halfway decent job. Not only does this product totally eliminate the smell, it also dissolves the stain AND is half the price of some of the other name-brand products I’ve purchased on Amazon. It’s fragrance is a pleasant lemon-lime scent that emits a nice citrus smell that is not over-powering at all, like some of the other reviewers mention. So I’m not sure what the heck they’re referring to. It’s fragrance smells way better than the cloying chemical and still existing urine smells left by all of the other products I’ve purchased. I wanted to leave a good review because I am so very PLEASED with this product! Thank you for rescuing my carpets!! You have a customer for life!

5.0 de 5 estrellas The best for pet owners
This stuff is amazing. I have a 17 year old rescue with incontinence problems (wears wraps) who sometimes can’t make it out the door to poop. Good grief. I also have a 12 year old rescue with throat problems and sometimes will vomit on the carpet. I have tried every product on the market for pet stains and odors. THIS STUFF IS AMAZING. I just use a little on a rag one wipe up the stains. Instant gratification. I am not kidding. Even my rescue German Shepard doesn’t go back to the places to sniff. I am just beyond words about how wonderful this product is. I have used it numerous times already (busy dog household) and because you don’t have to use much, my gallon bottle is still quite full. I will never buy anything else for these problems.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Amazing!
I had a cat who refused to use a litterbox since we moved 6 years ago. He destroyed my basement floor, and I didn’t know what to do. I tried cleaning it with every brand of cleaner on the market, from bleach & vinegar to organic cleaners, to supposed cleaners for kennels & other animal residences. After my cat passed away, I figured the basement would stink for years. I found this cleaner & followed the instructions. And to my amazement, after only 1 cleaning, the smell is gone. Even on hot, muggy days, there is no smell. And the cleaner has a light scent, but nothing overpowering like some other cleaners. I’ve recommended this product to my friends & family.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Best Cat Pee Cleaner
I used to only ever use Nature’s Miracle, which absolutely works well, but it has a scent I don’t love. I took a risk on this product and couldn’t be happier. It works just as well as Nature’s Miracle at eliminating that tenacious cat pee stink, with the added bonus of smelling very pleasant! It has a strong peppermint and herbal smell that may bother some people who are sensitive to odors, but I think it’s nice (and much better than the alternative). Also this is a great deal considering you get so much and have to use so little. Just make sure to follow the instructions in order to properly break down the persistent cat pee enzymes.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Biokleen Bac-Out enzymatic
This stuff smells pretty nice and relaxing while you clean, the longer the product sits the better. You can wipe it up after a while or let it dry on its own if it’s on furniture that is difficult to clean. What it does is there are live cultures in this stuff that eat the funk that creates putrid smells around the home be it from pet potties or other things that happen like spills and accidents on carpets for example. Clean up what you can before you use this, let the spray soak for a while then you can use a towel to blot or soak it up and then what I do is go back and lightly spray again but leave it. Works really well on cat urine.

5.0 de 5 estrellas So grateful for this product! Game changer!
This stuff works miracles for getting cat urine smells out of fabric. My cat pees on any “out of place” textiles and this stuff takes out the smell really well. I can also use it in the washing machine and by the time it’s done there’s no residue or smell.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Excellent at getting blood out of white sheets
I will never be without Biokleen Bac-Out Stain & Odor Eliminator. I’d used it on doggie accidents of vomit and poo with great success, but recently Biokleen Bac-Out got a chance to really show me what it can do. I had a family member staying with us and he’s on blood-thinners and because of that, the smallest scratch on him results in a lot of blood. The guest bedroom sheets are white. I ended up laundering both the sheets and mattress pad a few times while he was here and there was significant blood on those sheets each time, some of the spots were almost an inch wide, soaked through with blood.Easy breezy, I sprayed Bac-Out on the blood stains and let it sit for 10-15 minutes while I did other things, then threw it in the washer with Tide HE, ran it on hot water with a pre-soak cycle. Those white sheets and that white mattress pad have no trace of stains on them, they look brand new. I didn’t have to use bleach at all.How do I know the Tide HE wasn’t doing the stain removal? Because the first time I didn’t use Bac-Out, I just used Tide HE, and the blood stains were still there – ran the sheets again but sprayed Bac-Out on the stains first and voila, no blood stains. The next two times I did laundry, I made sure to use Bac-Out first. Also works great adding it to the laundry along with the usual detergent. We have a white fabric shower curtain liner that has a pinkish-yellowish tinge to it, presumably from mold – it’s a stain I just couldn’t get out even after washing it with bleach and detergent on hot water with a pre-soak. So I added 1/4-1/3 cup Bac-Out to the wash along with the usual detergent, ran it on hot water with a pre-soak cycle, and it came out of the wash white again.Highly recommend this stuff.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Cleans, doesn’t ruin the paint, and smells great!
We foster kittens for a local animal shelter. The little ones make a commendable mess as they learn to use the litter box. It has always been a struggle to cleans and to get rid of the odor.SO glad that I’ve found this. The seller must have listened to the reviewers. The gallon-size bottle came well wrapped and securely sealed with plastics. Not a drop was spilled. I tentatively tried a small area on our color painted semi-gloss wall, and was pleasantly *shocked* by how effectively it cleaned without even a smudge left on the wall! See the before/after pictures here! All I did was spray on the dirty spots, — much was stuck on the wall already, waited a few seconds, then scrubbed it off with a paper towel. Had to do several times on the toughest spot (on the last set of picture). So satisfying AND the room smells SO good!I hope Amazon will continue to carry this product. Have placed subscription on it, and will use it for my whole house! Can’t recommend it enough! Thank you!

5.0 de 5 estrellas My essential hairball on the carpet savior
I have two cats and while I am grateful that most of their occasional hairballs end up on my hardwood floors — when they instead hit one of my nice rugs this is an essential cleaning element. It gets out not only the gross hairball gunk, but also the SMELL of the hairball. Love this stuff.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Works great to remove pet messes
I have an elderly cat that has advanced kidney disease. Sometimes he doesn’t make it to the litter box and has an accident on the carpet. This spray works great at removing the urine scent and neutralizes the enzymes in the urine. I spray the area with this stain/odor remover, let it sit for a few minutes, then use my Little Green Machine carpet cleaner to clean the area. Leaves behind a nice fresh scent of lavender lime that is not chemically smelling, and does not irritate the cat or the humans in the house. Also works great for getting rid of cat vomit/hairball accidents.

5.0 de 5 estrellas I make little bottles to gift to my family!
This is my 2nd product from this line and I have to say that I am extremely impressed. I use this in every load of laundry. It gets the dog smell off my bedding, the dewy smell off my towels and cleaning rags and the hard working man smell off my husband’s work clothes. I have also used this to hand wash years of sweat stains from hats. I spray this on my sofa and carpets. I have given a small bottle to my family members, we all have pets. The scent is very mild and refreshing and the CLEAN is amazing! I do wish it came in concrete like the same brand multiple purpose cleaner I use. My friends from over seas was looking for it in a powder.

Our cat got sick and lost his mind and urinated on several items of mine he felt safe around, not sure what caused it we think it was a cold, cats can be strange. One of the items was a pelican case used for work travel, urin right inside the foam, well after 2 treatments this product got it out, also used on other spot he got was out boot mud mat, this also removed the bio and he did not go back or care more then the spot smelled funny. Highly recommend, just follow the directions and let sit.

5.0 de 5 estrellas A great product that I would love to see more of
Some of the best cleaner ever used by an experienced professional in sterile technique. I am very picky about the effectiveness, quality and value a non-toxic solution around my children and pets. I used this cleaner when my kids were babies and toddlers and recently went back to using it. It’s a great stain remover, deep cleaning, continuous kill (~24 hrs) and conditioning to many surfaces frequently damaged by other products. I like to rotate with non-toxic cleaners around my family and attempt a rotation of various cleaners and lubes for deeper cleaning and maintenance. Comparable to a non-damaging and non-toxic bleach, that kills unwanted germs for 24 hrs??? A miracle.

I have two little terriers who have never quite got the hang of waiting to go outside to pee. The especially enjoy using the living room rug. This product takes out all the odor, and it doesn’t damage rugs, upholstery, or wood floors. It also isn’t perfumed. When I find where the pee is, I mix a bucket of warm water and BacOut. I put several large old beach towels under the part of the rug that I’m cleaning, then just pour on the water. After that, I. put more towels on top, and leave it all there for a few hours. I gather up the wet towels and put some dry ones under the rug so it will dry all the way.Laundering the towels with soda and vinegar and detergent gets the smell out, the rug dries and the smell is gone. This is the best product I’ve used, and I’ve tried many. If you have pets that have “accidents,” I recommend it.

I had a few things in storage and the storage had an awful smell and I soaked my clothing in this chemical and then washed after. It was the ONLY thing that took the smell out!
