I’m a big fan of Liquid I. While the price might be a bit steep for the amount of product, it’s worth it for the incredible hydration it provides. These electrolyte tablets dissolve effortlessly and are easy to use, even for my kids. I haven’t noticed any changes in my energy levels or strength, which is great. I’ve already purchased two bags of Liquid I.

My husband works outside and we started purchasing Liquid IV. It is so much better than Gatorade. At our Lions car show, a lady was feeling dizzy and nauseous from the heat. We gave her some of the liquid IV and she felt so much in just a short amount of time. She was going to get some for her husband as he was a funeral director and is out in the heat. It is really good! This flavor is good as well!!

This flavor of LiquidIV and the Lemon Lime flavors are my top two! This has the perfect ratio between flavor and electrolytes, that the flavor drowns out the salty flavor in most electrolyte packets!The pink and the blue honestly taste the same, I haven’t noticed any difference other than color. Hence why they have the same nutritional benefits on the label.I like to drink LiquidIV after HIIT workouts and whenever I am sick, so this product is a great bang for your buck. Considering how the average cost of Gatorade at the store or gas station is well over $2.50, these easy to use packets are well worth the value for price. The convenience factor alone makes these worth it! Pro Tip: if you pour it into a glass of iced water, it really enhances the cotton candy flavor and makes it taste more smooth and delicious!Overall, great product by LiquidIV and it really helped me overcome the flu here recently!

These are a vacation must have. Sitting on the beach or having way too many cocktails, this stuff works. Liquid I.V. is a vacation staple for us. we can’t party like we used to, so we need fast recovery. mix one up at night before you go to bed, and you’re ready to party the next morning. Or.. if you’re feeling extra rowdy, mix it in with your cocktails for hydration, while you dehydrate yourself. Although that’s probable not the best idea, its been known to happen regularly on vacations.

I decided to try this because there were some good reviews of it from trusted people I follow on TikTok. It’s not a BAD buy, but it’s not a SAFE buy either. While the benefits of it is excellent (hydration) thus the reason I bought it, the taste leaves much to desire. I got the Watermelon flavored one. When I opened the pack I got watermelon out the gate. 🤗It smelled sooo good. When I tasted it🥴, it tasted like when you put salt on a watermelon (which can be good at times)…but NOT in a good way. It felt like I was drinking SALT WATER and then tried to add some watermelon juice to flavor it.🤢 Maybe I will keep trying to see if I can get pass that taste (I doubt it), or try the flavorless one. However if the flavorless one is gonna just taste like saltwater too…then I can do that myself. This is just my opinion and a heads up for those looking to purchase this and you don’t like aftertaste in your water.

I have been so excited to try these out and I was not disappointed by the flavor. So yummy. BUT I was disappointed one of the pink ones appears to be open. The powered was everywhere and every other packet in there was covered. I had to take out each packet and wash them to figure out which was the culprit and it was a gross sticky mess. Other than that the flavor is great but I might just order off the actual liquid IV site next time.

I was looking for a hydration flavor that could replace the hydrant grapefruit since it seems to be discontinued or the company isn’t sure what it wants to do and Liquid IV delivered 100%. My husband has tried every flavor Liquid IV makes but he hates grapefruit so it’s a win win because I get the grapefruit flavor I want and my husband doesn’t snag my packets. Please don’t get rid of this one and maybe consider a sugar free version just to make it more grapefruit like without the sugar for us borderline diabetics.

A coworker had a sample pack of Liquid IV and let me take a couple to try out. I hadn’t tried these type of electrolyte packets for my water before, but I’ve read lots about them. I have POTS and sometimes it makes me feel a bit shaky and woozy, especially if I haven’t been mindful of drinking enough water or eating enough throughout the day. These little packets have been great for quickly easing those woozy feelings. I will definitely keep these on hand from now on. They’re small enough to keep one in my purse or some at my desk, and this popsicle firecracker flavor is pretty good!

While the flavor may be labeled Tropical,I’m thinking that they didn’t really know how to classify the flavor so they picked Tropical. The Product is a great product for what it’s intended. My personal opinion on the flavor is that it’s more of a Banana flavor than a Fruity Tropical Pineapple,Guava,Mango,Coconut and some Papaya. Nevertheless it’s a great choice for Hydration and Energy. This is an amazing source of daily hydration and energy! I’m no expert on health but I can tell you based on experience after using this for a week I feel more hydrated than ever, less fatigue, less heat exhaustion and most of all more motivated. Miracle mix? I don’t know about that but I can tell you it’s making an impact on my health.The flavor? Well I’d say it doesn’t favor watermelon maybe a watermelon that has been sitting on the counter a couple hours coated in sugar. The best way I can explain it is it doesn’t taste medicinal but it doesn’t have a pleasant taste either it comes off strong, sour, sweet and bitter all at once. If you could get past the flavor then you can definitely enjoy the benefits this mix has for you.Use of the product. It comes nicely sealed, and I love the ease of use there are individually packaged units that mixes with 16-32 ounces of water I use a 30 ounce tumbler. I should note if you use a tumbler like I do it’s best to have a way to shake this mix up because it can be grainy when you get to the end of your drink.Overall I would say this product has the potential to be life changing I just started taking AG1 so hopefully that combined with this I’ll feel like a new man! I’d definitely recommend you try it the taste is tolerable honestly it kind of reminded me of a fruity cocktail which makes my stomach turn but who knows you may like it.

When I first started drinking liquid IV, I only liked the lemon lime and it was just ok but I felt better drinking it. I then come to love the immunity orange flavor one. Then I really Come to love the golden cherry. BUT.. this cotton candy flavor is just PERFECT. It is just a hint of sweet cotton candy. Not overpowering. My only complaint is that I wish It was just a little cheaper. The packaging is so nice and luxury. I do Not notice any side effects from liquid iv. I do struggle with UTIs and this helps me stay extra hydrated.

I didn’t even know this flavor existed until I went on a family vacation and one of my cousins brought this box of them. I decided to try one, and when I say it tastes IDENTICAL to the actual rocket popsicle, there’s no exaggeration. You can’t get any closer. It is sooooo good. I’ve tried other flavors but now the rocket popsicle is the only flavor I’ll buy. Being on vacation with family and friends, of course we enjoyed a few nights of drinking and this was my CURE the next morning. It’s also great for working out or hiking, etc. it’s so easy to just grab a packet and go. Super hydrating and dissolves easily in cold water. I shake mine. Give it a shot! If you liked the popsicles, you’ll love this. Make sure to use enough water! I tend to use a little more than it recommends but that’s what I prefer. Either way you enjoy your liquid IV, you’ll love this one even more!

I buy these for my tachycardia and potential pots issue I dehydrate so easy and these work amazing . They do taste like salty cotton candy . To prevent the taste being too much you can mix half a packet with water bottle for a lesser amount and it works great too! Hope this helps

This is a great liquid IV flavor. It’s a bit tart and not overwhelmingly sweet. It tastes like nostalgic summers with firecracker popsicles.High salt content makes this a great product for rehydration and individual packets are convenient to carry around for when you need them. I personally find this to be a great option to help manage POTS symptoms and highly recommend Liquid IV for its convenience/functionality.

As a mom of teen athletes that spent lots of money Gatorade, I was concerned over the price, the overflowing empty bottles everywhere, and the quality of rehydrating. My dr recommended liquid IV. I gave a try myself and loved many of the flavors. My kids tried some of my flavors and drank them here and there when they were out of Gatorade’s. More with The New flavor they asked to try it and SOLD! We haven’t bought any other sports drinks and now have a subscription on Amazon!

I frequently drink Liquid I.V. for hydration. It comes in a lot of different flavors, some so-so, some really tasty. Unfortunately, I have never found a store that sells every flavor. The firecracker flavor (kind of like a bomb pop) is my favorite, but for some reason it’s hard to find in my area, so I’ve been ordering from Amazon. Once, I ordered from the company’s website directly, but their shipping is so much slower than Amazon, so I will likely purchase from Amazon exclusively from now on.

This is one of the very few orders I’ve ever had an issue with. I ordered this and it was delivered to the wrong house. I asked them to send me a new one and instead of sending me a new one they refunded me so I ended up purchasing it from the TikTok shop where it is actually a little bit cheaper. The product itself is amazing and I highly recommend.

Wasn’t expecting the color but that’s okay! I also wasn’t expecting two different flavors but there really are! I like the blue more than the pink, but they do the same thing, very good overall!

LOVE this product. This flavor is by far the best one. Great way to get your hydration in after workouts hot days or whenever you need it. I usually use half a packet on a 32 ounce bottle and then use the other half in another bottle as it to sweet/salty in a smaller bottle for my liking. It a preference. Highly recommend and everyone in the family loves this flavor. PS it truely taste like the frozen popcicles you can get.

I was a bit skeptical about buying the seaberry flavor as I’ve never heard of a seaberry BUT….. it’s now one of my favorites!!!! I would definitely recommend and super quick shipping

We use liquid IV a lot in this family of active kids and adults. The Seaberry flavor is by far the best and if you don’t like it to taste super salty, we always mix with more water than the recommended amount. Usually put one stick in a 36-40oz jug.

These are delicious, they taste so good and a lot like cotton candy. The two flavors taste very similar, I would just say that blue flavor is stronger than the pink, making the blue taste a bit better. Definitely glad I tried these!

My kids frequently drink Liquid I.V. , so when I stumbled across this flavor, I knew they would be all in. They love bomb pops and said that this flavor tastes like the real thing. I should have ordered 2!

I don’t understand why there’s so much hype around the cotton candy flavor. It hardly taste like cotton candy. Also, for some reason there’s color to this when there’s no color in the other packets. It separates from the water.
