I started using these to help promote gut health. They arrived quickly and were packaged well. I like that they don’t have an after taste and are easy to swallow. They come in clear capsules, and I suppose you could open them and mix them in a drink if you’d rather consume them that way. I’ve noticed an improvement in my digestion and I’ve lost a little weight around the mid section.

This product is amazing. Eating a diet that is 50% standard american diet, 50% paleo, I don’t exactly get all the things I need in my diet. Ever since I had a horrible infection in 2019 and taking antibiotics, I have had 4 different spots of psoriasis. Within a month, I feel a noticeable difference in the area and hardness of the spots. The first week or so, I had some super weird dreams, but seeing as you have billions of brain cells in your gut, it makes sense with the changing landscape.Also, I feel less need for caffeine and generally am in a better mood. I definitely recommend these.

Frustrated with continual stomach pain and bloating, I was willing to try anything. One day, I found myself desperately watching an informercial. It basically centered around pre/probiotics. I didn’t buy that product but instead researched this type of supplement. I found Physicians Choice and won’t say the first capsule cured all of my problems but in time I noticed a measurable difference. I felt good….really good. I try to take one every day. Some mornings things get crazy and I forget. On occasion it happens multiple days and my body definitely reminds me that something is missing. I have experimented with other pre/probiotics, my thought process was if 60 Billion CFU provided results what if I tried an increased dosage. Didn’t work for me…other products were too strong and caused new gastro issues. Physicians Choice works for me. It is gentle, effective and the price is right to feel better.

I wish I had done more research/homework before I bought this.Probiotics probiotics – they help all of us in our gut system ain’t it? It has decent 60 billion probiotics as stated on label.But I had more hives, itchy spots just after 2 days of taking this probiotics. Just 2! My histamine level flared up and my hives appeared like a vengeance. I did poop better, less constipated, but at the cost of having more itchy bumps and blisters when all I’m trying to do is lower the levels of histamines? Nah.Initially I thought probiotics help with reducing histamines as I believe most diseases stem from the gut being unbalanced and all. So I chose this. But when I started breaking out in more spots, I googled the strains of them and well, At least 3 strains here increases your histamine levels. I was shocked.I stopped taking this as soon as I figured out the strains in this does not help me with my situation.Perhaps they should have added warning label that people who are intolerant to histamines should not consume this.Update: their team reached out to me about my concerns and they kindly refunded my purchase. so i changed it from 1 star to 3 based on customer service. but will be 1 star still for the product as it worsen my condition.

This is one of the few brands I trust the most. I have done my research and have experimented on myself with different products. I trust this brand so much that I give this product to my children, and now my youngest does not throw up so much since I knew we had to work on healing his gut, and pro/prebiotics are a big part of the solution along with the appropriate diet of course but this product gave my son results within 1 day after I eliminated the foods I felt to be the culprit, and usually it would take him at least 3 days to feel better only after being on a bland diet. After taking this product, my son could eat the foods that caused his issues with no problems but I ended up decreasing my son’s intake of the problem/hot and spicy foods altogether.

The package came quickly and was sealed well. I really do like that the capsules because they are easy to swallow. I have never taken probiotics that didn’t require refrigeration, so I thought I’d give these a try. My system requires really strong probiotics, so the 60 Billion seemed enough, but I have had to take two per night to see a real difference. I don’t think, however, that I am the norm. I believe someone who is just looking for an improvement in one’s overall digestive system, these pills would work well. Also, they don’t have a smell, like other probiotics.

I’ve been using Physician’s choice probiotics for at least 6 years now to manage my stomach issues. After doing research and trying a few brands, I settled on their Women’s probiotic and eventually started taking this one. This is one of the only probiotics today that has >10 strains, >50 billion CFUs, prebiotics, AND is affordable. I wouldn’t be able to live without them! The only thing I’ve noticed is that they stopped including a moisture absorbing packet in the bottles, and the first one I received like that smelled bad after a couple weeks, but the customer service was great in replacing them for free and I’ve just used my own moisture packets since then. Definitely try these probiotics if you’re struggling with stomach issues, and stick with it for a few months bc it may take a bit to adjust but its worth it!

If you are thinking about this product, buy it! i have had stomach issues since a kid and this is the only thing i ever took that i could actually notice a difference. This doesn’t fix everything but it did cut my bloating down a lot. i also lost about 5 pounds but my weight fluctuates between 125 and 135 normally. since taking this i have stayed around 125 more regularly. I have just had an overall healthier feeling. Its almost like a feeling of eating better yet i did not change my diet. i have been taking it for 2 months now and am about to go buy my 3rd month and a bottle for my mom to start. Please try if you have bloating and just uncomfortable all day or in my case as soon as I take a bite of food.

My primary care physician recommended that I start taking a combination probiotic and prebiotic with maximum CFUs. Physician’s Choice checked all the boxes and more. It is made in the USA. The coated capsules are not so large that swallowing them is difficult (often a problem for me). The dosage is only one capsule per day–not two like some products. This brand is not inexpensive, but one of the more reasonably priced combination pills on the market. No refrigeration is necessary. The container is easy to open. An added bonus is that the label can be removed easily with no sticky residue so that the empty container can be used to store other items. With 60 billion probiotics and 150 mg of prebiotics, I assume that it is doing the job deemed necessary by my doctor. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve been taking these for years. Recently decided to try and take fewer supplements, to instead try and get all I need from food/drink. I was eating kimchi, kraut, drinking kombucha, eating super healthy, lots of prebiotics and fiber but ugh – went from a satisfying every morning poop to twice daily toilets visits with not a lot happening, belly pain, bloat and gas. Also broke out. I started taking these again a few days ago and my system is regulating back to normal, skin cleared up, no belly pain. Every body is different; mine really likes these probiotics. Guess this is one supplement that needs to stay in rotation.
