Picked up this 6-pack on sale, and the price per can couldn’t be beat. The “2x” coverage is no joke—it definitely covers thicker and more thoroughly than other brands. The ability to spray at any angle is a nice feature, though it means you can’t clear the nozzle upside down, but wiping it after use has prevented clogs so far.I’ve been using these on outdoor steel exercise equipment, and it seems to protect well from rust and holds up in the sun. At this point, it’s hard to convince me to use anything but Rustoleum for rattle cans.

Very pleased with this Rust-Oleum spray paint. I purchased this color a couple years ago for my utility room doors, and then couldn’t find it again in local stores, so Amazon to the rescue! Paint covers very well; has a nice sheen but just remember to apply in several light coats, rather than trying to cover in just one coat which will drip.Thank you!

this was recommended for those who like to paint rocks as an arts and crafts project and display or hide them outdoors. I can’t say for sure how long they will stay nice in weather, but its better than nothing, and also makes the colors pop much more nicely with a clear coat on top.

I won’t buy any other brand now after seeing the others perform so poorly. A cheap can of spray paint can spray layer on layer and prevent the inner layers from drying (blocking), but this brand is particulate enough, and formulated well enough to avoid that. Dries very quickly and doesn’t require too many applications for a good, opaque coat.

Very straight forward-bought for a costume/cosplay of Scarlet witch for her magic that spews from her hands.I had very small LEDs that attached to my palmsThen used the spider netting that you can pick up anywhere and molded it into something that looked like what her magic looked like on her hands and sprayed.Worked PERFECT.I was nervous about the color- Its damn near exact to what my monitor shows, maybe 2 shades darker at the most, but still looks GREAT

I bought this to repaint some wrought iron furniture so it would not get rust stains on my new deck. There are two chairs, three small end tables, and one larger round table. I also purchased the spray grip that fits over the top of the can. Very easy to use. I have used 3 of the 6 cans I ordered, and they all worked fine. The shipping carton was sturdy and undamaged.

I have two sets of the very standard metal folding bistro sets sold on Amazon (See: “Grand patio Premium Frame Patio Bistro Set, Folding Outdoor Patio Furniture Sets, 3-Piece Patio Set of Folding Patio Table and Chairs, Yellow”). I purchased one set on Amazon and got another set on FB Marketplace for only $10, however it was very weathered and I needed to spray it to match the other one. I tried a few different yellow options from Rust-Oleum but this one (the shade “Gold Leaf”) actually matched the original color! Just thought I could help someone else save time and money if they’re in a similar situation!

This Rust-Oleum spray paint is like magic in a can! I had a chair, a garden gnome, and my soul all in semi-gloss black within minutes. And when I needed to channel my inner firetruck, Gloss Apple Red came to the rescue. Coverage is smooth, dries fast, and it’s nearly impossible to mess up (trust me, I tried). Only downside? Now I want to paint everything. The neighborhood squirrels are next! 5/5 stars—would spray again!

I’ve done a lot of spray painting. Thrift and consignment store finds are completely changed by spray paint. The coverage was great, drying time was good (outside during early Fall). Best of all there were no leaks or clogs. I did attach a handle to the cans to make spraying easier because I was painting two wicker chairs and a small table. Two and a half cans covered it all well with two coats.

I painted my wrought iron chairs, round table and 2 plant stands in the gloss white (they were black before and had some rust spots) The gloss is just enough and not too shiney, it never clogged up, tho I did also use a spray handle attachment. Two light coats covered everything perfectly and it did dry fast with no drips. This paint is very durable, I’ve used it for years to transform things I already have to make them look brand new & to change colors with my decor. I also used the gloss berry pink on the pink footstool (that was a vinyl fabric), the pink planters, as well as the small pink chair and plant stand in these photos. These colors helped to transform my small screened in porch to a fresh, spring/summer color scheme. I plan on using other colors to paint other accessories for a fall/winter theme so I can switch them out in the seasons.

Love this brand but this color is so unique. I use it on my outdoor garden stones and garden stakes that I made and other Craft projects. It seems to be scratch resistant. I even used it for rocks. It goes on just as described. It’s really easy to use and when I clean in my water it doesn’t chip or breakdown

I do a lot of woodworking. This is the only polyurethane I use. It goes on smooth and being a spray can makes it very easy. There is never any yellowing, unlike other brands I have used. It’s heart breaking when I would spend hours creating a product and spray it in order to protect it and come back in an hour to see all the white is now this ugly yellow color. This dries crystal clear and truly protects the item.

Especially good for ornate items with grooves. Covers well. I used on wrought iron set after I used a primer for slightly rusted metal. I used 2 coats. *when calculating what u need, but a couple more cans of paint color than primer. I found I needed to spray more different angles in order to get into the groves so ran out of paint because it takes more spraying.DID NOT cover another wooden chair that I has sanded which had bare spots. That needed a pure PRIMER SPRAY first. I had to go buy 4 more cans to get coverage on bare wood!

I love rust-oleum products. They are local to Chicago which is also nice so I am biased. But the color on this was so deep and rich so I picked it over the others. Also I was an actor in a couple of their commercials, so this doubles as a shameless promo for myself. The great thing is that when I acted in the commercial, they taught me how to spray paint properly so you don’t get puddles and get an even flow. I did ok on my own. Anyway, highly recommend this spray paint.

Someone asked if this could be applied over acrylic paint. I would think so. I had gold leaked a candle stick holder over gold acrylic. I applied 2 coats of this spray varnish. It made the gold leaf layer less likely to peel and the flameless candles seem to be pretty durable and hold up to light knocks. Product is Matt and invisible.

I used this to paint a wooden flower. I set the wood item on a piece of cardboard on my lawn and sprayed down onto it. Just keep the can moving in a nice even pattern back and forth to avoid overspray and drips. That is important. The pink was just the nice pastel shade I was looking for.

I’ve used it for metal, a model kit and more. Be sure the workplace is well ventilated, shake very well before and during use, note the surface size and distance you’ll need to be, and Rust Oleum will always give good results. Remember that matte colors go on smooth but can always be covered with a clear gloss coat that looks very good. The reverse is also true. The can size gives you a good supply so you don’t run out. Seller is reliable.
