This works well including on stains I use the discontinued Shout scrubber for tougher stains but any scrubber will do. The scent is pleasant and mild, not overpowering. I’m very sensitive to scents but this doesn’t bother me at all. Sometimes accidents happen as in #2’s. Shout works for that (after squeezing out excess stains in a toilet (DON”T DO THIS IN A SINK) if the stains are fairly recent i.e. 5 hours or less. The gel version is the only one that works for tough stains. So glad Amazon has this and at a good price. I’m all done with the shoutin’ ‘bout stains be gone.

I used to keep buying new white socks and white shoes bc once I washed them they turned le or still has stains no matter what detergent I used. Once I bought this spray I straws spraying my white shoes And clothes that has stains and this has been game changer. Smells good and great price. Best if you spray and scrub a bit before throwing in the wash.

Highly recommend this shout product. I have a two year old and she gets her clothes beyond dirty and stained. I have used it on new stains and old stains and it works great. Sometimes I spray the clothes and let them sit for 10 minutes before washing them and other times I let them sit over night. I have gotten great results from each method, making this product very easy to use.

I love this thing! It takes makeup stains out of clothing so easily. The key is to really let it sit on the clothes as long as you can before going through with the washing process so it can really go in and destroy those stains. I will keep repurchasing this item because it does what it says it does! Also it lasts for a really long time in my household. I do laundry about 3 times a week for 2 person household and have only repurchased this once in 2 years!

I’ve relied on the little tubes of Shout Advanced Laundry Gel stain remover for 20 years. Nothing else could come close to its stain removing power that was safe on almost all fabrics. (Note: Don’t apply it to undershirts on your bed. It did permanently stain our bedspread when a little got on there and I didn’t take the time to put it in the washer.) Now, however, I just tried this spray which they label as “strongest stain cleaners than all its other formulas” or something like that. They’re not kidding. I now use that spray on my table – being sure to rinse it off afterwards – and other plastic items that are stained. This is so incredible that I will use this spray from now on instead of the gel sticks. And I’ll even be helping the environment because of all the plastic I’m saving with one bottle versus 8 heavier plastic tubes.I know I sound like a paid commercial, but I’m not reimbursed or influenced by anyone in writing this review; only by my own results when using it.

I am gonna say I am not a whine drinker, so if we want to go that far on how well this works on getting stains out, I am out of the game. Though, I am a 5 dog owner with a back yard that gets torn up on a daily basis thanks to these lovely furballs. Let’s make it worse and include my bad habits of eating in bed, why? Cause my mom never let me 🙂 So yeah, we definitely have things that get into our clothes and laundry. Not to mention working in the yard, those accidental spills and such. So this is what I am basing my judgement on. So far, haven’t met a stain that this cannot remove. That is what matters and that is what it is used for. 5+

I had a stubborn hair dye stain on my bathroom rug. I used this once and it came right off! Just three squirts, brush it a bit, let it set in for 10 minutes then rinse in cold water! Yay! Stains gone!
