    Absolutely 💯 love this product over any topical pain relief I’ve tried! It numbs the pain so I can continue to push through my activities.     Keep this around for the aching back, knees and shoulders. This is the 5% menthol preparation–harder to find than the 3-4% preparations. And it works better because of the higher menthol content. Love the roll-on–no messy hands.

    I have back and knew problems, aches and pains, etc. I’ve tried another brand and found that it contains aspirin, which can be an absorbed into the skin. So I switched to Biofreeze and it works great on my back pain, without added aspirin. It’s a nice easy roll-on so no messy creams on your hands.

    Nothing works like professional biobreeze. The keyword there is “professional”. The other does not work. I have used this product from the time that I could only get it at a chiropractor‘s office probably 15 to 20 years ago basically however long it’s been available, and it has never stopped working for me, but don’t buy nonprofessional as it does not work.

    This product, while not a cure, is extremely good at dulling the pain while going through any form of physical therapy that deals with spinal / lower back issues. It allows me to go through with the proper exercises and yes, it still hurts afterwards but I’m recovering quite quickly after trying to deadlift like I am in my 20s lol

    Love Tiger’s Balm for muscle soreness or fatigue after exercising, skateboarding, or playing soccer. However, if unable to find or afford it, Bio Freeze is a fantastic alternative! More affordable, bigger containers, and usually more available to find online.I find the roll on tube works so well for harder to reach areas (back, feet for some people, etc.) and helps you get better coverage of the gel vs the spray or gel massaged in by hand via pump. It’s also mess-free since you don’t get any gel on your hands during application.The “Professional” roll-on vs the non-Professional roll-on is noticeably better! Within minutes of application the gel seeps into your muscles, tendons, tissue, etc. and you can feel the mentholated gel stripping the gnawing pain of soreness from you. With the right amount applied, the relief is enough to resume daily activities for awhile where the pain would normally stop you from participating in.I personally believe that regular use of this when experiencing the occasional soreness or muscle fatigue from exercising heals those areas quicker and better than if I did my daily routine minus the Bio Freeze. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants near-instant pain relief in sore joints, muscle, tendons, bruises, etc!
