5.0 de 5 estrellas It does work on pebble rock.
I know some reviews indicate it doesn’t work well. But we are satisfied. We probably used a little more than needed for the area we were spraying… instead of storing just a bit in the jug. All seems to be fine. Time will tell. Hope I am this happy a year from now.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Great Product
This product works exactly as described. We couldn’t be happier, will be buying more for another project. We also have large dogs so this product was a key element for maintaining our hard work for this project. Backyard is where we spend a lot of our time. So extremely happy as to how this turned out. Wonderful when something actually works. lol.

I have a small gravel area with fire pit near my pool. Was tired of sweeping the small gravel to prevent it from getting in the pool. This stuff is great! Spray it on, let dry and then do another coat. I also love how it gives the gravel a wet look so the colors come through. Bonus!

5.0 de 5 estrellas Tried both heres the findings
I used both dominator and the mega mulch glue on pea pebbles for a walkway around my fire pit. By far the winner is dominator! Put it on thick/heavy 2 coats and its almost concrete hard, holds 90-95% of the 2 tons of rock. The mega mulch glue your wasting your money. Mixed exactly as directed to the T. No good, I put 2 coats, 4 gallons and rocks were stuck together but thats where it stopped they pulled apart easily and dogs paws went right through. Dominator had a sticky texture for a few days after applying but after some weather it seems to have lost the sticky and just hard. Alot of people who Ive had over say it feels like walking on a running track. Will definitely hold your mulch in non traffic areas and in trafficked areas. And idk what your project is but even a small one 2 gallons is a good start/ total needed for a heavy coating. 4 dominator gave me a nice nice finish where 4 mega was a joke.

5.0 de 5 estrellas mulch anchor
i used dominator mulch anchor on my small rocks (most are approximately 1.5″-2″ in length) so that they don’t get blown around everywhere, such as when the gardener uses his powerful blower, after mowing the lawn……. i also do not like debris gathering in my rock beds, & the anchor is making it easier for me to vacuum up debris without vacuuming up the rocks …. i applied 3 layers of the anchor to make sure it was all secure….it dried “clear”, as promised…..i have a section with “pink” gravel, & the application of the anchor made them more vivid, & hopefully they will not become dirty, so as to not lose their pretty color, thanks to the protection…..i am extremely happy with the results….has definitely made my life easier…it looks great… btw, when you look at the pics, please note that live flowers, etc will fill the voids, eventually…it’s a work in progress 🙂

4.0 de 5 estrellas Works good on small pebbles but coverage isn’t amazing
I used this to stabilize small pebbles, crushed rock, pea gravel in between concrete step stones. This worked as described to glue them together. Easy to apply, tangible result within 6-12 hours. Seems to be good enough to withstand foot traffic and occasional rolling of trash cans or lawnmower over the pebbles. We’ll see how long it lasts. The only downside is that a gallon does go pretty quickly. It says not to dilute with water, however I still did a little bit…maybe 1-5 ratio, just to stretch the coverage a little bit. It seems to work just the same. So if you are not sure, just buy another bottle…better to have one at hand instead of waiting for a new delivery. Also you can do a second coat with some extra glue. Overall, works well, but pretty pricy for the amount of coverage. However, compared to other options it’s the least expensive.

Unbelievably strong on our pea gravel path. Holds strong and only minimal movement from where our 100lb German shepherd has been jumping. Will order again.

5.0 de 5 estrellas UNREAL!!!! FLOOD PROOF!!!
I have never used mulch glue before, but somebody told me about it and I recently installed an inground pool and next to it I had a fire pit area and it was filled with pea gravel, and I didn’t want that to get into my pool so I sprayed the mulch glue onto it as directed. Two days ago, Oxford had a massive flood and the place was declared a disaster area. My entire yard was wiped out by a mudslide. There’s about a foot of mud in the pool. All my landscaping is gone, but would you believe the gravel is still in place!!! This picture is from after the storm and the second picture is the other side of the pool so all I could say is this stuff really works I’ll certainly be buying again and if this company needs to make a commercial, they should contact me!

4.0 de 5 estrellas Awesome idea
We have a small area around our maple tree above the driveway that we always like to cover with mulch. However the dog likes the run around and usually always knock some of the mulch onto the driveway. This was a great idea and worked wonderful. Now I don’t have to worry and it will last through the winter. I didn’t need the whole bottle so we shall see if the remaking solution holds till next year if we need to touch up.

No se pudo cargar el archivo multimedia. This stuff is amazing. We used pea gravel in an area that gets a lot of small leafs. I like to use the leaf blower and got tired of the Little Rock’s blowing away. Put a glove on and sprinkled glue with flower water bucket. Used my gloved hand to mix. Sidewalk walkway and other small area in pictures took one gallon.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Rain rain go away!
It rained after I was halfway thru first application . So I waited two days to apply. I used them on rubber mulch. Leaves beautiful gloss on them. Will have to make another purchase for adhesion since I used most of the product when it rained . However still some adhesion properties despite the rain storm and with less than suggested application amount.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Good product!
I would truly give 4.8 because the container did not actually have a gallon in it, which was disappointing. Also, it may be hard to tell in the photo, but you can definitely tell where the glue is and where it isn’t. The overspray is easily seen on our walkway and the shine seen on the mulch. We bought this product to help some with a drainage issue we had and it has worked very well so far!

5.0 de 5 estrellas Product really works!
We recently landscaped our front yard and created a pathway along the side and back of the main area. 30″ wide and 35′ long. The pathway has rows of 2 – 12″ stepping stones. We filled in the area around the stepping stones with pea gravel. The area does not get a lot of traffic, but even after walking on it one or two times, the gravel skattered. I bought this product and used 1 1/2 galleons and applied a heavy coat. Also sprayed around the large boulders where we added pea gravel. It doesn’t change the color of the stones and when I got some on the stepping stones, it didn’t change the color. It’s an amazing product. We can use the leaf blower and it won’t skatter the pea gravel. We’ll see how long it lasts before we need to apply another coat, but I’m extremely optimistic this will last at least through the winter.

5.0 de 5 estrellas Problem Solved!
We used this to glue our gravel in between 24″ pavers for our high traffic patio and it has been a life saver. Pets, kids, parties, leaf blowers, torrential rain and the gravel stays in place. Even folding chair legs don’t sink. The glue dries shiny so it has a permanent wet look. We’ve bought this twice and will again for out front yard. My husband used a standard sprayer and cleans it out completely or the hose and nozels will all stick, this is glue after all.

The product does work but you need to apply heavier or twice for it to be really durable.

4.0 de 5 estrellas Works great on Mulch!
No se pudo cargar el archivo multimedia. I used this product over mulch on a hill, where I normally get a lot of wash out during heavy rain. I used less than the recommended amount of product. A 2.5 gallon bottle covered approx 270sqft for me. I applied it heavier in the most affected areas and around the edges at top.It has been 30 days since install. The product worked great! There is a visual difference (darkening) in the area where it was applied thicker around the borders, and where it was applied heavy in the flood zone. it’s not noticeable from the street (40ft), but is obvious up close. My lighter than recommended coat does cause problems if a human or animal attempt to walk over the mulch it will break free. but the areas sprayed more heavily are certainly durable for stepping on, but not for normal traffic in my opinion. All areas can be cleaned with my leaf blower without any loss of mulch. this is my favorite feature! It has also held up to 3 heavy rains, and 1 storm with 60mph winds that broke 3 trees. This was my test area and I am very happy with the results. I have a much steeper hill on the other side that I am confident will hold if I use the recommended amount of product. Will buy again!

4.0 de 5 estrellas Not bad for a little while
This works real well for a little while but overtime this adhesive doesn’t last that long. The weather beats it up plus the standing water recks havoc on it. I will say that I purchased something else and this works and goes on better than the other. This is the second time I purchased it, purchased it last year. Didn’t last a full year but handles what I wanted it to do for the summer.

4.0 de 5 estrellas It looks good and is great…BUT
It will slowly break away and the pea gravel is not as stationary as it was. It did not makeit for an entire year… I will say, I have Voltures… I found after eating something they popped up the gravel with their bill and then wiped their bill along the little group cluster on the gravel, that Tweety popped out.BUT, also the other areas slowly show up loose in the area. I sprayed one area and also poured in others to find out what to do. Too expensive for what I need to do. Too expensive to use and pour.

4.0 de 5 estrellas Works but Shiney
We used this on our pea gravel and applied 2 layers. Not quite “glued” together but has definitely cut down if not stopped the washout in our landscape beds. The one thing i did not love was that now oir rocks appear shiney or wet continually. If you want that effect than this is for you.

4.0 de 5 estrellas So far working great!
I have a small sand stone area off my deck. The stones are small and were always in the yard, flowers beds and on the patio. I put this glue down three days ago. While it is too soon to tell how long its going to last, so far it is holding the stones in place.

I was really unsure about this product after seeing it on a video but thought I would try. It did truly work pretty good. You have to really apply the glue but it does hold together pretty well and keep the nice color of the mulch!

2.0 de 5 estrellas Lower your expectations
I used a portable hand sprayer. As long as you clean it well it doesn’t damage it. However this stuff leaves such a glaze over what you cover it ruins the original beauty of what you’re covering. I used some thin spots and thick spots to compare and both look terrible when dried.About 2 weeks after I applied it to my decomposed granite we got 2 decent size rain storms. The glue layer has now peeled up and looks terrible and isn’t laying back down after 2 weeks of dry weather. I’ll go around and peel all this up. And never come back to this.

    2.0 de 5 estrellas Didn’t last
I was interested in this product because it appeared to be similar to other products I’d used, but came in a larger quantity and thus was more cost effective. It does not appear to be the exact same formulation. Maybe this one is better for bark. I’m using it on pea gravel in a walk way. I used it far more generously than I had used the other product, pouring it on with a sprinkler can. The previous product I had sprayed from a pump sprayer can, and used more sparingly. I also redid the area, making the gravel less deep and putting decomposed granite (breeze) under it, so it should have held better. The previous product held up for about a year, and finally succumbed because the gravel was too deep, and was shifting under the part that was treated. This product has almost totally failed in six months, even though it was under much more favorable conditions. I’ll go back to the previous product. With the thinner gravel layer, I suspect it will give me three years of service.Regarding depths of a gravel path, my suggestion is that the depth be only a few times the diameter of the gravel. In this case, the gravel was 1/4 inch diameter. Initially it was three inches deep. I hadn’t planned on treating it at all, but at that depth, every footstep sunk in like sand. I removed it and added breeze, replacing the gravel on top only 1 inch thick. That produced a much more stable surface, even without a stabilizing agent.

I needed a cheap way to cover the dirt on the side of my house where nothing grows. I used multch but we don’t have gutters so I got this to hold it in place. It is perfect! I can even use the leave blower and it doesn’t move! It was easy yo do, and I just ran a gallon of water through my sprayer after and it didn’t get clogged. A few weeds have broken through so probably should have thought of that first lol. We’ve had some serious rain and my multch looks like it did the day I put it down. All we had over there was dirt so it’s a big improvement.

followed the directions but did not get the expected results. was my first time using it – so maybe it had something to do with it. anyways – the product does not hold rocks as well as expected. sprayed the area twice by now and still loose gravel. However was easy to use – pour into your sprayer and that is all. wore a mask while applying.

I have used this product continuously around my pond, garden, patio and flower beds.I love the look of pea gravel and with Mulch Glue my pea gravel stays in place even when I use a heavy duty leaf blower. It lasts for five years and us permeable . I know I will always have some on hand. It is easy to use just follow the directions on the container. I use a garden sprayer wash it out and it is ready to go for the next time.

Just ordered my 2nd bottle beacuse the 1st worked so good. I remodeled our side walkway, a was looking for something to hold my mulch and rocks in place, because we get alot of rain here that typically wash all of my material away. One application of this product and I was blown away at it’s effectiveness. Highly, highly recommend. Just pour it into your spray bottle, pump and spray. No mixing, no guesting if you have the correct ratio, exactly what I needed. Just remember to rince your spray bottle out throughly because this product will clog everything up once it drys .
